This is a quick tasty family meal & any leftovers are a yummy lunch the next day. Also freezes well.
Serves 6, 23g carbs per serve
|450g tin||3 OR 4 Bean Mix||68g|
|1||large onion chopped||14g|
|1||green capsicum diced||5g|
|2||cloves of crushed garlic||2g|
|1 tbspn||worcestershire sauce||5g|
|1 tspn||chilli powder||3g|
|1 tspn||brown sugar||5g|
|¼ cup||dry sherry||1g|
|1 tin||tomato soup||30g|
|1||beef stock cube||2g|
Heat a little oil & brown mince. Drain mince. Drain & rinse beans. Add everything except beans, mix well. Bring to boil & then reduce heat & simmer for 15 mins. Add beans & simmer another 5 mins. Serve with zucchini spaghetti & veges.
