This is a quick tasty family meal & any leftovers are a yummy lunch the next day. Also freezes well.

450g tin | 3 OR 4 Bean Mix | 68g |
1 | large onion chopped | 14g |
1 | green capsicum diced | 5g |
2 | cloves of crushed garlic | 2g |
1 tbspn | worcestershire sauce | 5g |
1 tspn | chilli powder | 3g |
1 tspn | brown sugar | 5g |
¼ cup | dry sherry | 1g |
1 tin | tomato soup | 30g |
1 | beef stock cube | 2g |
Total Carbs | 135g |
Heat a little oil & brown mince. Drain mince. Drain & rinse beans. Add everything except beans, mix well. Bring to boil & then reduce heat & simmer for 15 mins. Add beans & simmer another 5 mins. Serve with zucchini spaghetti & veges.
